Please fill out this form for all school-age children you will be picking up meals for by 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 19th.
Meals will be distributed on Sunday, November 22nd, at Russellville Junior High (west end of building) from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
All meals must be picked up on Sunday, November 22. If you have been participating in Option B pick ups this school year, please note the change in days.
