The Box Office is located in the lobby of The Center for the Arts, 2209 South Knoxville, Ave., Russellville, AR 72802. The Box Office is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm and one hour prior to show time on the day of the event. Cash or check only accepted at this time. You can reach the Box Office for ticket information by calling 479-498-6600 TICKET INFORMATION When to Arrive Allow yourself time to park and get to the theatre by planning to arrive at least 45 minutes before your performance time. Late Seating Notice The Center makes every attempt to begin each performance at its scheduled time. Please be advised that many productions require that latecomers not be admitted until there is a suitable break, as deemed by the show’s director or Center Manager.
Cellular Phones, Beepers and Watch Alarms Use of cameras, recording equipment and cellular phones are not permitted. All pagers and cell phones must be silenced before the start of the performance. Photography & Video Recording Due to copyright laws and in consideration of the performers, the use of photographic or recording devices of any kind inside the theatre is strictly prohibited. If you bring a camera or recording device with you, we may politely ask you to check it at the Box Office window. Arkansas State Law prohibits smoking or us of tobacco in enclosed areas, buildings, or facilities of a public school or on any property owned by a public school district. Use of or the sale of intoxicants or controlled substances will not be permitted in The Center or on the surrounding campus grounds at any time or under any circumstances. User is responsible for monitoring adherence to this policy. Lost & Found The Center Manager will hold lost articles until the end of the performance. Contact the Center Box Office to report a lost or found item. Children The Center for the Arts is committed to providing quality cultural experiences for audience members of all ages, although some performances may not be suitable for very young children. Every child, regardless of age (even if lap-sitting), must have a ticket purchased for them unless otherwise stated. We ask that children sit quietly throughout the entire performance. If a child becomes disruptive, the child and his/her adult companion(s) may be asked to step into the lobby until the child is able to return to the quite environment of the theatre. To ensure safety, children under the age of 8 will not be allowed to sit in the front row on the balcony level. Thank you for understanding. Ticket Cancellation, Exchange, Refund Policy There are NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, or CANCELLATIONS for purchased tickets. Exceptions may be made for cancelled or rescheduled performances.
