Kindergarten registration packets may be picked up beginning Monday, April 13, 2020 at an outside designated location at each of our elementary schools.
Packets are due on or before May 1, 2020.
Registration packets must be completed and returned to the school in the attendance zone in which the family lives.
The following documents will be collected at a later date:
An official copy of child’s birth certificate
Guardianship papers, if you have been court-appointed as a legal guardian
Immunization record
Record of current physical examination by physician (children required to have physical exam before entering school)
Social Security card
ARKids First/Medicaid card – if applicable
